Every 100 Points equals £1 in rewards.

When can I use my Points?

Can I combine Points with discount codes?

Where permitted, yes. Some promotions may have restrictions.

What happens if I return my order?

If an order is refunded or cancelled before Points are awarded, those Points won't be issued.

If Points have already been redeemed against an order that is later refunded, the value of those Points may be adjusted in accordance with our Rewards Terms.
